Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Kirkby Stephen. Fairly clean and BEAUTIFULLY KEPT place. Bed was amazing, I enjoyed it. Location was absolutely perfect. Great reception.

This hotel was functional and I would stay here again. I enjoyed every detail about my fantastic stay here during 3 nights. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was warm. The English breakfast offered plenty of dishes. Helpful service and a reasonably priced restaurant, available onsite.

Nothing too much trouble, thank you for a wonderful stay. Very cheerful staff, well-appointed rooms in a friendly location. Tasty and well presented meals. I got free upgrade and liked it. Reasonably priced hotel with an admirable service.

Free WiFi was working perfectly. The great atmosphere when you walk in. In addition, the parking was nearby. Only 5 minutes walk from Kirkby Stephen centre👌❤👌

Loyal staff onsite. Hotel is conveniently located only a short distance to city centre. We appreciated to chill in the nearby Kings Arms.
